provider/local: Implement a new local_file resource
This commit adds the ability to provision files locally.
This is useful for cases where TerraForm generates assets
such as TLS certificates or templated documents that need
to be saved locally.

- While output variables can be used to return values to
the user, it is not extremly suitable for large content or
when many of these are generated, nor is it practical for
operators to manually save them on disk.
- While `local-exec` could be used with an `echo`, this
provider works across platforms and do not require any
convoluted escaping.

Terraform Website

This subdirectory contains the entire source for the Terraform Website. This is a Middleman project, which builds a static site from these source files.

Contributions Welcome!

If you find a typo or you feel like you can improve the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, we welcome contributions. Feel free to open issues or pull requests like any normal GitHub project, and we'll merge it in.

Running the Site Locally

Running the site locally is simple. Clone this repo and run make website.

Then open up http://localhost:4567. Note that some URLs you may need to append ".html" to make them work (in the navigation).
